A woman was pregnant with twins. Shortly before they were due, she was in an accident and went into a coma. Her husband was away on business, unable to be reached. While in a coma, she gave birth, but the only person around to name them was her brother. When she came to and discovered she had given birth and her brother had named the babies, she freaked out, as he wasn't too bright. She asked him their names.
"Well, the first was a girl, and I named her Denise," he said.
The woman sighed with relief. Then he said, "The second was a boy, so I called him Denephew."
